Entering the 7th Day of the Mayan Calendar 11/01/10

The ancient astronomers developed a mathematical system called the Tzolkin to interpret and predict the alignments of celestial bodies whose processions outline the parameters of time. Yes, to the Mayan mind, time was a finite resource which has a definitive beginning and end. In their system, as time develops momentum, it forms waves which rise and fall with increasing frequency as the cycle nears the finale.

According to the calculations of Carl Calleman, the final cycle of time in the Mayan Calendar, referred to as the 7th Day, begins tomorrow on November 2, 2010, which also marks our entry into the 13th Heaven. And by the way, Mr. Calleman does not believe that the end date is the fabled 12/21/12, but his theories set the end of time as October 28, 2011.

Here is how it is explained on Carl Calleman’s Website page The Thirteen Heavens:

The levels of consciousness developed by each Underworld are developed according to a common pattern. The Maya used to describe this by the notion that a special deity or divine force ruled each of the Thirteen Heavens of the various Underworlds and from the Aztecs we have information about what these deities were:

General scheme of the divine forces ruling the Thirteen Heavens or the Seven days and Six nights of divine creation

The interesting thing about these thirteen deities ruling the thirteen heavens is that if we look at every other deity, the seven with odd-numbers above, we find that they are forces that nurture the development of a seed. Thus, a seed that is planted during the rule of the god of procreation (First Heaven) receives some light through the god of sunrise (Third Heaven) and water by the gods of watering and rain (Fifth and Seventh Heavens) and some further light by the god of fire (Ninth Heaven) until it turns into a flower (Eleventh Heaven) and finally matures as a fruit under the rule of the Thirteenth Heaven.

Since the preceeding weekend was the celebration of All Hallow’s Eve and All Saint’s Day, Calleman is calling for a weekend of celebration on November 6-7 to welcome in this new energy. He has posted invitaitons on the internet like this one on his website:
For the beginning of the Seventh day of the Galactic Underworld and its following weekend, November 6-7 I would thus like to encourage every human being to take part in some balancing process to celebrate the return of the divine feminine into their lives. I encourage everyone to be creative in developing ceremonies and processes to co-create the manifestation of this shift in the most constructive and positive way.

This does not preclude that to attain such a balance within ourselves and between the genders externally we will need to do some serious spiritual inner work, and forgiveness processes in order to leave the past dominance paradigm behind. In order to support you in this a facebook page (http://on.fb.me/baXtyB) and a rudimentary www.treeoflifecelebration.com website have been created. Increasingly we will now find that we will all need to co-create the upcoming shifts and that they will not happen automatically. Increasingly also I believe that we will be required to take the transformative processes and ceremonies home and not just look for it to happen in the external world. I call all co-creators of the cosmic plan to participate in the creation of a balanced fundament to stand on November 6-7. It is from this fundament that we will soon begin our process into the unity consciousness that will be carried by the ninth wave that will be activated on March 9, 2011.

There will be a video webcast  of a fire ceremony held that weekend:

…the 2nd Aura Festival, offering participants the ability to receive directly the Buddha’s wisdom through the transmission of enlightened master and founder of Agon Shu, Kiriyama Kancho. Together with Grand Elder of the living Maya, Alejandro Cirilo Pérez Oxlaj, also known as Wandering Wolf, they will offer a free, globally broadcasted sacred fire ceremony and a direct transmission of wisdom, light and peace at this most critical time for humanity. Participants do not need to be knowledgeable of Buddhist or Maya philosophy in order to participate. The main event will be in Kyoto, Japan at Agon Shu’s mountain temple.
